The idea of Manda\u2019s\u00a0Foundation\u00a0is an initiative of the foundation&#8217;s president. It was launched in December 2018 but started operating without headquarters since January 2016. The foundation brought together 8\u00a0registered youths and over 30 volunteers from across\u00a0all\u00a0regions\u00a0of\u00a0Cameroon. Over\u00a0the past years, about 1000 youths and teenagers have\u00a0benefited from the initiative of this foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/mandafoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image2-3-1024x683-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-346\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mandafoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image2-3-1024x683-1.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/mandafoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image2-3-1024x683-1-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/mandafoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image2-3-1024x683-1-768x512.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Manda\u2019s Foundation has\u00a0led people to dedicate themselves through volunteering and working\u00a0with different orphanages, initiatives and projects where most of the\u00a0children are able to connect, interact, develop and take the lead through\u00a0civic education. In addition, the foundation has collaborated with teams\u00a0of experienced civic leaders in order to make sure these children benefit\u00a0from social services like medical care and education. Youths who connect\u00a0with Manda\u2019s Foundation benefit\u00a0from leadership trainings and\u00a0workshop programs from different Leadership and Youth Conferences\u00a0organized by other civic leaders. Together, we work towards\u00a0transforming our communities in our different leadership tracks,\u00a0embracing the virtues of servant leadership. In line with this, Manda\u2019s\u00a0Foundation started a movement with the slogan \u201c<strong>Helping Lives Bloom<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0which aims to orient youths in their career choice, identifying and\u00a0exploiting their skills and talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Manda\u2019s Foundation, we interact&nbsp;with people of different genders, religious and socio-cultural&nbsp;backgrounds and perspectives.
